Use a ticketing system to organize and distribute incoming Client's support requestsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues on the computerResearch and identify solutions to hardware and software issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurationTrack computer issues through resolutionsFollow up Client to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting? Should have at least a year of job experience in the same? Amenable to work in shifting schedule? Good in hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting? Has knowledge in using Ticketing System? Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP
