Details of the offer

Acts as an immediate IT local point of contact in the Philippines.
Identifies, manages and resolves IT issues in a timely manner.
Responsible providing remote and on-ground assistance for the Manila site
IT asset management and procurement
Manage incidents (IT tickets) from beginning to end.
Installation of new, expansion of existing and configuration of operating systems, software applications.
Performs software and hardware upgrades, monitoring and analyzing the performance of the upgraded system, keeping track of its performance, reliability, risks, and benefits and maintenance.
Trains and support users on use of equipment and common software.
Propose and execute on process improvement initiatives
Excellent understanding of end-user service.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any 4 years computer-related course.
Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years job-related experience as End-User Services in a multinational or multicultural support environment
Candidate must have a solid knowledge of Windows 7 and/or Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Windows Server and automated workstation Imaging
Candidate must have working knowledge: Computer maintenance, IT security process, Backup systems, IT audits process, Microsoft office applications and support, VMware applications, AVAYA hardware and software support.
Candidate must have broad expertise in IT systems and application support
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written English skills.
Candidate must be pro-active & collaborative, have grace under pressure and possess a patient attitude to deal with a variety of situations and personalities.
