Duties/Responsibilities Assiting with the installation and maintenance of voice systems to support call flow; usually limited to cabling, phones, headsets and softwareCabling new and existing locations for new network, phone or other equipmentRepairing or upgrading computer systems as neededProviding Tier 1 level support on hardware and software technical issuesAny other duties that the Director of Desktop Support, Dekstop Manager or Lead Desktop Engineer may find necessary Qualifications: Solid desktop hardware and software troubleshooting skillsSolid desktop application support and troubleshootingKnowledgeable in Windows Active DirectoryKnowledge in Group Policy and User ProfilesKnowledeable in Desktop Imaging technologyKnowledgeable in Shell ScriptingBasic network troubleshootingBasic telephony troubleshootingKnowledegable in MS Office applicationsGood English written and communication skills
