What will you do?
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
- Properly document tickets in Service Now and work closely with Global Service Desk
What do you need to succeed?
- At least two (2) professional years’ experience as an Onsite IT Support in a Manufacturing Company
- Required extensive knowledge in Hardware, Software and Network troubleshooting issues
- Experience working in Service Now or other ITSM ticket management system
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
