Design Supervisor

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Supervises design work assuring the quality according to the expected customer requirements.
- Monitors the fullfillment of design production
- Coordinates with back-office designers for clarifications, guidelines to be followed and process to be applied.
- Identifies root cause problems and analyze them in order to find possible improvements.
- Ensures construction techniques are implemented by the subcontractors as specified in the designs in collaboration with the field supervisors.
- Provides support and clarification to the As Built team where needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Deployment experience in FTTx projects in Philippines
- at least 5 years of FTTHx Design experience
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine Deployment Regulations
