Key Responsibilities:
- Convert sketches/plan concepts of the Senior Architect into a measurable CAD file- 3D modelling and rendering via Sketch-up/Vray/Lumion/Photoshop

Assist in crafting/preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint and Google Slides)

Assist in developing, tracking & monitoring of the implementation strategy for various projects

Assist in managing contracts and documents of consultants (AR/MEPFS firms) & billing endorsement based on progress

5.
Organize project timelines, meeting minutes and next steps with the lead architect

6.
Involvement in project conceptualization, planning, and project delivery of various projects

7.
Intensive research on architectural best practices globally.
Including certifications, prestigious recognitions that our developments can attain.
Primarily focused on our company goals of having a decarbonized and regenerative future (includes procedure & processes)

Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture-
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience, but newly graduates are welcome to apply.-
- Must have passion for property development, urban/community development, and sustainability-
- Licensed individuals looking to diversify their career/experience are welcome-
- Must have strong analytical skills and quantitative mindset.
Must be organized and detail-oriented-
- Must be team player: flexible, can adapt/learn quickly, and a self-starter-
- Must have high leadership potential: strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset
