_Responsible for: _
- Assisting in reviewing all quality documents/records.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings with different section.
- Assisting the Quality Management Representative in monitoring and analyzing feedback regarding the progress of the system.
- Assisting the Quality Management Representative in the documentation of the procedures, records and system.
- Distributing final copies of approved documents (revised/created) and ensuring the _Received Copy is duly signed._
- _Maintaining and handling files in the Quality Systems Office.
- Handling/investigating and taking/recommending corrective and preventive action on customer/client complaints.
- Conducts Internal Quality Audit as assigned._
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time._
**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per month
