Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain and update patient records and files.
Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Requirements:
At least 2 years College
Team Player
Willing to learn
Residing in Makati or near Makati
Preferably with experience as Dental Secretary
and/or Dental Assistant or
Dental Secretary
