· Regularly measures and examine forecasting accuracy and further deepens sales trending analysis
· Monitors weekly data of Sales trending vs target
· Measures monthly forecast accuracy and bias by SKU
· Determines sources of Forecast Error with regular coordination with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Logistics
· Documents assumption of volume drivers from Sales and Marketing factored in the forecast build-up
· Monitors impact of assumed volume drivers and measures effectivity with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing
· Ensures different departments have the same updated forecast
