Delivery Planner

Job Description:
Consolidation and Send-off of Finish Goods and Raw Materials Daily Inventory Data from all Vienovo Plant (Luzon). Facilitates Delivery Planning based on Available Stocks and Urgency. Oversee Truck Planning and Scheduling based on received P.O from Sales Admin. Coordination of Final Delivery Schedule to all Truck Coordinators. Execution of Planned Delivery Schedule on time with no delays. Plan, Schedule and Monitor Raw Materials Pick-up and Unloading Location such as Corn Bran, Bread Meal, Limestones, Palm Oil and other RM. Facilitates Raw Materials and Finish Goods Inter-Warehouse Transfer such as Truck Scheduling, Pick-up and Delivery. Facilitates and Monitor all RM and FG Containerized and LCL Shipments for Inter-Island Transfer. Reconciliation of Daily Delivery Result with Sales Admin Generate Daily Truck and Delivery Status Report. Generate Weekly and Monthly Truck Costing Report. Generate and Sending of RM and FG Weekly and Monthly Reconciled End Stocks Report. Coordination to Other Department if there were any problem, changepoints or abnormalities encountered in Logistics and Inventory Operation. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; With 3 years experience in Logistics and supply chain Good computer literacy
