Why this role? Joining our KONE Philippines team as Delivery Operations Development Manager, you will be part of New Equipment Business (NEB) and report to the Delivery Operations Director. The main purpose of the role is to oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Technical Field Support (TFS) teams and drive the development of projects and tasks under Delivery Operations.What will you be doing?
In charge of Development Initiatives – process improvements, method changes, review the process and improve the current process, methodology
Evaluate, Initiate and Improve Processes, Systems, Methodology within Delivery Operations unit
Focuses on implementing improvement in Del Ops (NEB, T&C and TFS main focus)
Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations and realize productivity improvement targets in a hands-on manner.
Convert analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with FL / Area Delivery Operations management and align planning with FL / Area / global development roadmaps
Together with relevant Delivery Operations teams set targets and follow up development progress and business performance against these targets
Train and coach, or support the training and coaching of, relevant Delivery Operations personnel in correct execution of processes and correct use of related tools
Actively contribute in the future development plans of FL and Area Delivery Operations teams, and collaborate with relevant Area and global teams to further improve global KONE Way processes and IT solutions
Support the implementation, adoption, utilization and constant improvement of the KONE Way processes and tools in the FL UnitsAre you the one?
Educational background: University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent
Prior working experience required in Delivery Operations or in comparable business environment
Strong analytical skills
Experiene in Green Lean Six Sigma projects, Process Re-engineering and Quality Management System
Experience working from Manufacturing ISO 9001 certified
Experience in Project Management and benefit realization
Prior experience in Business Performance Management is seen as an asset
Prior experience of ERP or other reporting solutions is seen as an asset
