Job Description:
A career in our Deals Strategy and Operation practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help the team build, develop, manage and run strategic capacity which will undoubtedly benefit both PwC and our clients.

As an indispensable part of the team, you will cooperate with other business units to boost strategic capacity in the team and maintain a close connection with clients to better meet their demands. In short, you are expected to strengthen the bond and establish mutual understanding between PwC and our clients through releasing all team members’ potential abilities and generating remarkable business value for the clients.

Take an active role in new business development and pursuit activities, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, including market and competitor analysis (market sizing, drivers and dynamics), customer analysis, and internal analysis (strategic analysis, business model reviews, financial) Lead complex projects while functioning as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of client organizations Identify and address client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements: Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities For a Manager: Minimum six years’ of relevant experience For a Senior Manager: Minimum eight years’ of relevant experience A university degree preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s degree would be an advantage Strong financial modelling, report writing, analytical and data-processing skills Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred Preferred skills: Experienced in financial modelling Experience in merger and acquisition transactions (preferred) Good problem-solving skills (hypothesis based) Good business acumen Understanding of financial analysis General understanding of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations
