The Deal Desk Analyst will play a meaningful role in supporting the “high touch” sales motions that complement the flywheel. This position will support the deal process for our sophisticated transactions (Enterprise Cloud, ELAs, MSAs, and M&A deals) from contracting to booking. You will strategically partner with our Field Operation teams, Legal, Finance, Partners and Customers to structure proposals, quotes, and contracts in support of our high touch sales motion.
In this role:

You will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process from quoting to contracting, provisioning and invoicing for all Atlassian Enterprise products, entities, business, pricing model, and product offerings
You will partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard negotiated deals
You will work closely with Accounts Receivable and Billing team to ensure timely handover of invoice creations and assist with collection issues
You will perform month-end and quarter-end Deal Desk closing activities across all Atlassian offerings to ensure completeness and accuracy of contract packages
You will build sales orders in ERP/Billing system and learn the Order Management aspect of the role, and act as an SME on Atlassian business, operation, and revenue policies for ad hoc troubleshooting of deal issues.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

Solid experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Ops, and/or Revenue Ops
Experience with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems, and strong understanding of software revenue recognition standards
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to handle large volume of deal requests.
Salesforce and NetSuite experience, and proficient in Excel
Excellent written and communication skills and be comfortable with customer facing interactions.
It's great, but not required if you have:

Docusign, Panda Docs, SpringCM, Conga, or similar Contract Management tools experience a plus
