1.
Register documents, issue to concerned departments, retrieve obsolete documents, file new and obsolete documents.
2.
Ensure all issued document are properly accounted for.
3.
Manage and control document control center including assets therein such as stamps, office supplies etc.
4.
Ensure all records are properly filed based on established procedure
5.
Update and maintain on-line DCC once established
6.
Conduct orientation for new employees regarding document control procedure as needed
7.
Conduct audits to check latest revisions are in place and no un-registered documents are being used.

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- DCC Staff: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
