What you'll be doing?
- Schedules efforts to assure accurate telephone coverage; monitors priority of calls and moves escalated calls to assure resolution to issues.
- Prepares standard information to track workload,, response time and quality of input.
- Assists in arranging and implementing department objectives and makes recommendations to management to enhance efficiency
