Job Purpose: Setup and Validate Non Fuels Retail (Shell Select) related master data and ensure the integrity of the data and conformance with global data standards and procedures.
Proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction by data standardization and challenging data requests which are inconsistent with content strategies or cause unnecessary costs to be incurred.
Respond to enquiries related to the master data and its functionality. Inform any errors to data providers and proactively follow up to ensure resolution is achieved.
Self monitor and report on progress of work in relation to work schedule and ensure Line Manager and Shell customers are made fully aware of status at agreed to intervals. Solicit feedback for continuous master data process improvement.
Support Line Manager in their daily functions. Responsible in monitoring functional mailbox hourly and communicates with respective team members.
Assist respective team member in resolving business issues. Check weekly KPI and prepare monthly generated report and coordinate with TM/ATM any potential blockers.

Principal Accountabilities:
Process requests related to Data objects in Non Fuels Retail (Shell Select) area in full compliance with defined policies, Operating procedures and Work instructions.
Responsible in analyzing the requests and responding to queries related to requests on a timely manner.
Assist in Cleanse projects and initiatives in TQ journey
Ensure compliance with record archival policies (example TRIM, GLL/DiRo/SharePoint etc)
Perform mailbox housekeeping (archive mails/save to TRIM)
Ensure that Business Controls are consistently followed.
Regular interaction with established Customers and Stakeholders on routine / non-complex matters
Identify areas for improvement in the process. Play support role as a member in improvement projects.
Ensure access in the repository of all process documentations like Operating procedures, Control documents, work instructions.
Perform as back-up resource in any CR ERP system - CMS, PMM and Red Prairie
Participate in BCP related activities & provide support to higher level employees in BCP activities
Ensure status (WIP/Completed) of every request is updated in Livelink/Sharepoint/DiRo
Responsible in updating issues log and work instruction
Create DOW file per country before end of the current year or beginning of next year
Responsible in daily monitoring & checking of all pending and new uploaded request in GLL/DiRo SP
Responsible in allocating country or request assignments to respective team members per systems used
Provide learning session to discuss invalid request with the business partner if needed
Responsible in training new members base on Country /system assignment
Assist country focal in issues encountered per country until the issue has been resolved. Coordinate with TM on issue resolution
Review KPI per country & provide support to Country focal in conducting telecon with OU on failed KPIs and agree on resolution to address the same.
Acting as back up in case country focal is on leave
Responsible in monitoring functional mailbox hourly and communicates with respective team members.
Investigate incident and ensure proper logging of incident in SRT and Incident Reports File.
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI metric and coordinate with TM on any potential blocker

Dimension:Will work together with other analysts
Goal is to enable selling of Shell Select products.
To use Non-Fuels Retail applications as the main system for data management
Stakeholders in multiple locations across the company
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Holder of any business course
Has working experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a large organisation is preferable
Hands on experience in ERP or any cap tools, as an end-user
Exposure to Master Data is desirable
Exposure to Business Controls environment is desirable
Exposure to Process Improvements
Strong written and spoken English
Good knowledge and experience in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Access, etc
