Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder in relevant fields to Law, Accountancy, Legal, Management, Information Security, IT or any related discipline of Data Privacy or Computer Science.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a highly regulated environment, i.e.
financial institutions.
Knowledge/Experience in SO/IEC 27701, NPC Circular No.
2022-04.
Experience in performing control functions, privacy operations data/information analytics, or similar roles
Good foundational knowledge in Information Security, Risk Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy or Compliance
Proficient in MS Office Applications and related applications
Analytical Skills – has above average understanding of correlation or trends and insights about a given data set.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Job Description:
a.
Conduct of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assessments;
b.
Assists the Data Privacy and Analytics Senior Manager in creating reports to be submitted to the National Privacy Commission (NPC);
c. Investigate, evaluate, and provide insights on how to close privacy and AI related issues;
d. Monitors incident and breach reporting, and action plans relative to the incidents or breaches;
e. Create a monitoring file to log all outstanding privacy risk of client identified in the PIAs; and
f. Monitor updates from the National Privacy Commission, and other applicable privacy and artificial intelligence laws, rules, regulations, and best practices relevant to its impact on the company.
