As a Data Insights Analyst you will be responsible of:Ensuring KPIs of the Global Operations teams (Customer Service, Reservations, Payments, etc.) are accurate and easily available
Creating dashboards for visibility and clear assessment of teams performance
Working closely with teams to understand, develop and implement the most practical solution that allows you to capture data while optimizing the work of the teams
Proposing new metrics that will allow the teams to constantly get more efficient
Collaborating with the Business Intelligence department to always maintain the data integrity of the company
Providing reports ad-hoc to upper management
Top 3 Universities (UP, Ateneo, La Salle)
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
Fresh grads with engineering or strong analytical skills are also welcome
Experience creating reports on ERP/Tableau/Power BI/Zendesk or similar
Obsession with reporting and bringing numbers to every part of the operations
Analytical, autonomous, driven, practical, with attention to detail and resourceful
Able to find balance between data accuracy and speed of implementation
Superb Excel skills
Coding experience preferred
