Data Encoder

Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. The successful candidate will have accurate and quick keyboard skills, analytical, decision making skills, attention to detail, up-to-date and usable information in our systems and ability to work under pressure. We offer a full time encoder and looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow within our business.

Duties:
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Evaluate and process expense reports from employees and executives
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Scan documents and print files, when needed

Requirements:
Without experience candidate are also welcome to apply
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
Keyboarding skills are a must for this job
Ability to work to time constraints
