Driving deployment of analytics solutions and driving business value
Account Management and Program Management
Training and mentoring junior members of the team
Liaise with operations to understand the business needs, help design the solution and manage its delivery
Conduct client demos and presentations on analytics offerings

Graduate from at least a 4-year course related to Management, Industrial Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, etc.
At least 5 years’ of Analytics or Business Intelligence experience with a background in BPO
Domain expertise in either Network Services or Supply Chain
Excellent client management and project management skills are required
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
Executive presence is preferred
Intermediate+ level in MS Excel with knowledge in VBA and macros for data cleansing
Basic+ level in database management, such as MS Access or SQL
Basic+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or anything similar
