Coordinator, Operations (Data Analyst Contractor)

JOB SUMMARY
:
Responsible for the database coordination of agent documentation. Additional responsibilities include managing the custom proof process. This position also requires developing, supporting and maintaining relationships with internal departments, external customers. Work closely with supervisor to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers. Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily reconciliation of accounts to the regulators' registration records

Closely work with agent partners to manage new account and renewal pipeline

Advanced excel skills

Detail oriented

Data Mining, Analysis, Report generation

Solid investigative skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.

Call handling skills

JOB EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years' working experience in the same field

MINIMUM SKILLS:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.

Must have advanced knowledge in MS Excel for reporting and analytics

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload systematically in line with procedural expectations
