Data Admin Specialist | E-Commerce

Job Description:
Ensure that the product descriptions are complete on our e-commerce site and we are providing our customers with the complete information they need to make a purchasing decision. Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate, detailed product information including images, copy and downloadable assets. Enter product and pricing data, update information as needed using internal tools. Perform image editing and cropping. Navigate the e-commerce platform and ensure the final look and design are working. Edit item’s data to be e-commerce friendly – like the title, tags for SEO, loading the good picture, making sure it’s in the right category, etc. Work closely with the Hawaii team to ensure correct photos are posted on the e-commerce site. Perform other job-related functions as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must At least 3 years of relevant experience Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop or any related photo editing software Experience in maintaining an e-commerce platform Must have experience in using Retail/E-commerce POS Proficiency in using Lightspeed POS is an advantage Good oral and written English communication skills
