JOB OVERVIEW

GlossGenius empowers these entrepreneurs with elegant, modern, industry-leading Client Relationship Management (CRM), scheduling, analytics, reporting, and payment tools as well as an artificial-intelligence powered virtual personal assistant, Gloss, that helps these professionals run their business and be more successful at what they do. Our software is reimagining the way these professionals work.

OTHER IN-DEPTH REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as in customer service with a US, Australian or UK based company.**You must speak and write English perfectly - this is a requirement.**
We require that you are computer literate with knowledge of Google apps including but not limited to Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets. Attention to detail is a MUST.
Since this is a remote position, we ask that you have fast and reliable internet along with an updated computer.
You should be available to meet via Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts for weekly meetings. In addition to that, you must be able to communicate and work well with the team. Over-communication and constantly asking questions is preferred over not asking or collaborating at all.
Last but not the least, you must be self-motivated, willing to take initiative to get the task done, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

- Pay is salaried and at the rate of USD $4.00 per hour.
