Customer Support Specialist

**General Responsibilities**:
We are looking for individuals to support Euroland's customers worldwide.
The main tasks including:
Collect financial information from clients' annual and interim reports, as well as from stock exchanges and official websites

Prepare and update data for financial (IR) tools developed by Euroland and provided to customers

Monitor a range of investor tools daily to ensure their stability and accurateness

Communicate with Sales staff and other Support teams, mainly written, in English

Other responsibilities will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications and Experience (Essential)

Background in finance or economics

Must be precise, careful and able to do routine work with high attention to details

Good communication skill, problem-solving skill and team spirit

Fluent in English

Must be self-motivated and passionate about the internet

Good command of MS Word and Excel

Qualifications and Experience (Desirable)

Experience in working with financial reports is an advantage

Ability to work under high pressure.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
