You are a customer service pro! You’re friendly, self-motivated and reliable. Through your impeccable communication and organizational skills. You understand that every customer phone call builds our company’s reputation for outstanding service. In this role, you will be expected to:
Stay regularly informed of brands & products, to exemplify high familiarity with brands you’re servicing
Use pre-written phone scripts and email scripts; to troubleshoot products, process refunds/exchanges, and overall curb troubled customers to happy ones
Monitor products for issues & ensuring no “down time” of our brands, escalating matters to team-members, and overall ensuring listing outages have minimal downtime before being noticed
Responding to negative product & seller reviews, and doing what can be done to correct them and repair negative customer experiences
Monitoring revenue of listings, noticing when there is declining sales, and making escalations to team-members of possible issues.
Assisting with administrative and brand-specific spreadsheets of metrics & useful data are updated.

Your skills and qualifications:High School graduate
3 years of call center or BPO experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Comfortable in basic excel
Attention to detail & very organized
Positive personality & energy for the operation of phone lines
Literacy in basic computer and mobile usage

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 to Php35,000.00 /monthExperience:BPO: 2 years (Required)
