As the Customer Support Senior Associate - Certification, you will be responsible for delivering support for 3PAS Certification Implementation Vendors, from problem management to security and technology support.

Position Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
Provide support across a variety of platforms, including chat, live email, instant messaging, and phone
Convert, traffic, and approve all formats (video, mobile, and display) of test ads via multiple UIs: AdWords, Ad Exchange, and XFP
QA all formats of test ads on all applicable devices, operating systems, and browsers: desktop, mobile web, mobile app, ROP, etc.
Troubleshoot broken ads and provide technical email support to customers on issues found
Absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
Work closely with 3PAS Certification team to escalate campaign issues

Minimum Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or must have reached college level with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a BPO and/or captive service organizations
Experience with browser compatibility testing in a quick turnaround support environment
Basic to advanced level of HTML skills
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of online advertising and digital technologies with 1+ years of experience
Strong understanding of campaign management/ad trafficking on Adwords, Doubleclick Ad Exchange UI, or XFP ( Doubleclick for Publisher)
Experience working with Charles, Firebug, Live HTTP Headers, and/or Developer Tools
Working knowledge in HTML5 and Mobile SDK
