**Requirements**:
- Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply.
- No Work experience is required, with 1-3 months of BPO Exp is a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong coaching skills & people management skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
