Job Description
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle basic accounting transactions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Communication with customers through various channels, mostly phone messaging apps
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Coordinate training programs to the new customer support representative
Assess the ability and potential of new hire during training sessions
Work with Project Manager in building of training discussions and materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any course
With experience teaching/training others
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Excellent presentation skills
Able to understand and execute new processes with ease
Adept with the usage of phone messaging apps
With background in Accounting is an advantage
Preferably Female
Willing to relocate to another province in the Philippines (food and accommodation are provided)
