**Your tasks**:
You answer our written and telephone customer inquiries for the Benelux area (from Mondays to Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM)
You ensure that customer concerns are resolved quickly so that our customers are satisfied
You will be in contact with our shipping service provider and other internal departments to clarify issues
**Your profile**:
You have experience in customer service
You enjoy dealing directly with customers and you are always interested in finding the best solution for the customer
Your friendliness and empathy distinguish you and your goal is to make every customer happy.
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft tools
You speak Dutch on a native level and English or German fluent
You have your own laptop / PC for working from home
An independent way of working completes your profile
