Even though your own computer is helpful during the initial application and interview, please don't let that stop you. If you have the internet capability and the quiet workspace as listed below, that is truly enough. The rest is helpful.

• Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
• Internet - you will need a home internet connection that is>15Mbps (you may do a quick check through Fast.com)
• You must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• You must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working
• Recommended: Run a computer just for the initial technology check. We will provide you a computer, headset, and ethernet cord if you are selected. On a typical day, you'll
• Consult with customers on technical support inquiries via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
• Open and maintain customer accounts and information
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
• Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
• Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers
