- Must completed at 2 years in College with 6 months BPO experience.
- College graduates, with or without experience
- With trainable English communications skills.
- Willing to be trained.
- Must have a stable wired internet connection.
- Amenable to work at home or onsite.

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
