JOB REQUIREMENT:
Holder of a bachelor's degree
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position managing any technological products.
Being a member of a pioneer team with experience is advantageous.
Willing to perform on-site work
Willing to attend in-person interviews upon request.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the onboarding of new clients.
Configure and alter the platform in compliance with business policies and client requirements.
Provide clients with useful guidance and training on product features and industry best practices.
Develop and implement implementation plans.
Act as the main point of contact for consumer inquiries and grievances.
Monitor client adoption and proactively identify implementation challenges or concerns.
Make sure users are getting the most out of the site by checking in often.
Work together with clients to resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for optimal procedures.
Keep track of customer issues and, if required, forward complex issues to the technical or product support departments.
