The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate, for a remote position, who will provide exceptional customer service by helping customers use our service at 100%.
The successful candidate will need to provide a comprehensive walkthrough on how to use the software via training sessions, answering emails/calls, and through FAQs. The ideal candidate must be patient, professional and outgoing as you will be interacting with people in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service - You will need to provide assistance to customers by answering their queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms to be provided to you. Training - You will be required to teach new and existing clients to ensure they are familiar with how to use the software. You will be guided on the standard training procedure. Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert colleagues, boss, and clients via phone/text/email.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Service/Success Must have experience with conducting training Must be experienced with the ff. Tools: MS Office, Salesforce, Whatsapp Must have a pleasing personality, outgoing and professional Excellent english communication skills both written and verbal
