We are looking for a virtual assistant to handle general tasks within our company. The job role will require you to be the first point of call for our clients and so it’s important that you are hard working, punctual, fluent speaking in English language without a heavy accent, comfortable to communicate with our clients via telephone calls.
The successful applicant would be required to be flexible with tasks and after training be self sufficient and be able to use initiative when faced with any issues.

Email
s, reply to clients in a short time frame and follow ups
Client calls, calling our clients to respond to their queries.
Appointment booking
Invoice sending
Social media Comment moderating
Discussion in relevant forums
Personal bookings such as hotels, flights
Research
Ordering
Keeping records of clients
Mailchimp knowledge for newsletter sending
Blogging would be a bonus but not essential.
This is an ongoing long term position for the right employee with the room to grow within the company.
You must be hard working and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
Our clients are high ticket sale customers and must be treated in a polite manor.
This position will suit a very organised individual.
Our business opening hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturdays UK TIME (GMT)
Saturday working will be required.
