Customer Service Specialist | Bilingual | Thai | Day Shift

Job Description:
Handle incoming calls from Thai and English customers. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Empathize with customers and offer creative solutions. Perform reservation of vehicles. Handle trip rescheduling or cancellation. Explain to customers the company policy on the use of vehicles. Minimum Qualifications:
Filipino or Thai nationals (Visa to be processed by employer). Proficient in Thai and English languages, both oral and written. Computer literate. Able to type at a speed of 25wpm. Willing to work on night shifts and/or shifting schedules. Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
