Job Description:
Job Description A Customer Service Specialist's responsible for receiving clients inquiries, requests, and suggestions regarding our company’s services. This position works in close coordination with the sales and rescue department. Responsibilities: Handles requests, inquiries and all correspondences pertaining to after-sales or after the units have been leased out. Creates and maintains a master file of customer issues (i.e. request for repair, complaints, etc.) with specifics on the client making the request, date the request was received, nature of request/complaint, and other important details. Immediately communicates the requests for repair/rescue to Operations and; Immediately communicates the customer’s complaints to the team/s or team member/s concerned (including but not limited to Ops Team, Sales Team, AEs, etc.) Ensures that customer issues are resolved by the concerned team/s or team member/s within a pre-defined or pre-agreed period that is committed by the team or team member concerned. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Graduate of any 4-year course Must have at least one-year work related experience Willing to work hard Willing to travel Strong analytical and planning skills
