Customer Service Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage incoming calls and verifying information
Handle and manage complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
Competent in reportorial requirements
Recommends for improvement of processes and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Competencies:
Problem analysis and problem solving skills
Proven excellent customer support experience (Strong communication, phone contact handling skills and active listening)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently
Flexible with work hours
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in the Telco/FinTech/Retail Industry
At least one (1) year experience in a similar post
Proficient in relevant computer applications
