Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:
Customer Service Representatives for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift)
* English Speakers
* Japanese Bilingual

Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming phone calls
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:
? Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR experience
? For Japanese Bilingual position - with at least 6 months experience as CSR-Japanese Bilingual
? Must have Zendesk CRM experience
? Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
? Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
? Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
? Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
Answering email inquiries, able to do Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls for callbacks
? Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
? Team player and able to work with less supervision
? Good problem solver & with a positive attitude
? Well-organized, Responsible, and has Initiative
? Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
? Willing to start immediately
