**Work-from-home/Full-time**
This job is a senior level position falling under the Customer Support.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage tickets
- New tickets
- Existing tickets
- Scheduling
- Resolving and closing out tickets
- Sending follow up to the client if they haven't replied in days
- Following up with techs if they haven't replied yet to the tickets
Manage inbound calls
- Answer Incoming calls for client's issues
- Create the tickets
- Assign the tickets
Manage the follow up
- Call any clients that need addressing such as scheduling, returning calls etc
Manage and coordinate the dispatch board daily
- Daily schedule for the techs
- Future dates schedules
**Qualifications**
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a customer support representative or other roles related to the requirements
- Have strong English communications skills
- Phone/call experience is a must

- Mon-Fri 8pm-5am (PH Time)_
**Salary**: Php33,000.00 per month
