**Job Description**:
At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Receive, process, and enter incoming orders for customers.
Reviews and updates customer records in the database.
Resolves problems and refers unresolved ones to the responsible parties.
Performs due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication.
Provide support to the key accounts team members
Responsible for maximizing customer orders by offering additional products that are relevant to the customers' needs.
Resolves customer complaints regarding orders, shipping, and merchandise.
Follows up with customers when necessary.
Escalates customer issues to either CS Supervisor or CS Manager when applicable
Has or can quickly develop an acute knowledge of transit/ shipping methods
Responds to customer correspondence as applicable.
Tracks customer orders using the UPS system.
May be required to provide Reception area coverage as needed.
May be required to retrieve voice mail and follow up with customers.
Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.

**Education & Experience**
Two year plus related experience in a call center required
Associate degree required

Our Office is located at Araneta Center, Cubao Q. C.

Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 7: 00 am

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
