Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite
Job Responsilitie :
? Attends to general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
? Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.Billing and payment verificationCross departmental CollaborationPerforms other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate

Qualifications: Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.With good communication skills.Willing to work on a rotational shift.With Computer/Desktop equipmentWith good internet connection
