**Customer Service Representative (Premium Airline Campaign - Manila)**
- Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 1 year Customer Service BPO experience
- HRM or Tourism Fresh College Graduates are also welcome to apply
- Experience handling an international airline account is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in first call resolution, customer satisfaction and net promoter score
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
