Customer Service Representative (International Account)

Job Description:
Converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Perform outbound calls to follow up on previous service appointments Schedule new appointments from lost leads or other sources. Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. Maintain communication with dispatch and managers. Minimum Qualifications:
One year Call Center & One year VA experiences required Prior experience in the plumbing field is a plus but not required Above average communication skills Excellent attendance and punctuality Patience; Attentiveness; Clear communication skills; Knowledge of the Product; Ability to use positive language; Time management skills. At least 3MBPS internet connection and back-up Willing to work from 8:00AM – 5PM Mountain Time
