Customer Service Representative | Insurance

Job Description:
Provide customer service and response to inquiries of potential and existing insurance clients. Assist with the renewal process for expiring insurance policies by phone. Handle servicing and retention of assigned customers and/or policies Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. At least 1 year call center/BPO experience. Excellent English communication skills. Average to good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and internet applications. Good problem solving and time management skills. Amenable to work on night shifts and graveyard shifts.
Fixed weekends off.
