WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
