**OnlineFactory.asia** is looking for _Customer Service Representatives._ It is a blended account for an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
**Join our team as CSR**:

- Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members
- Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement
- Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in using Zendesk is a plus but is not required

We want to help our online clients to be more competitive by offshore outsourcing services such as Customer Support, Content Management and Influencer Marketing.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
