Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact by personally providing prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients by directing clients to the appropriate team member and assisting clients with service requests.
 

Principal Responsibilities:
Answers incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system and directs clients to the appropriate team member for assistance.
Providing exceptional one on one customer service

Administrative duties as needed, support for Sales Representatives follow up calls with customers

Provide exceptional customer service

Deliver world-class customer service, whilst responding to Customers inquiries and problems

Build meaningful relationships with our Customers by offering custom solutions, consultative assistance, and first contact resolution to negotiate a positive outcome

Gain commitment from the customers to making payments on their overdue accounts

Document necessary information to Sales Representative and on customer account

Able to demonstrate empathy

whilst being assertive in order to achieve the required outcomeDisplay a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every interaction with our Customers

The ability to work fast-paced as well as multitask and re-prioritize on a regular basis Customer Care Representative

Qualifications:
An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience

Customer service experience preferred

Prior experience with multi-line phones and basic computer knowledge is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Assertiveness to handle difficult conversations

Excellent negotiation, influencing and resourcefulness skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Outstanding organizational skills

Navigate multiple systems and digital tools to service our Customers
