**Job description**

**Customer Service Representative (ePayment Gateway - Manila)**
- Bachelor's degree or College Graduate
- Must possess at least 2 years BPO experience handling voice account
- Experience in Financial technology (FinTech) as a frontline Agent is highly preferred
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and changing work environment
- Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner.
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
