The Customer Service Representative's main responsibility is to provide excellent accessibility and first call resolution to customers, and to maximize available revenue opportunities for the business whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.
His/her responsibilities include the following:
- Proactive approach to customer requirements based on historic transactions, if applicable.
- Proactively provide customers with accurate product information based on their needs.
- Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary paperwork and any special instructions.
- Provide first line support on how to use Sodexo´s self-service tools and services (web services)
- Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs.
- Where first call resolution cannot be achieved communicates the appropriate call back time to the customer, and ensures this is in line with agreed timeframes of the Support team or other departments
- Process the conversion of expired paper voucher into credits
- Timely updating and submission of reports
- Ensure transactional information and entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner in Freshworks and other CS Tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum two-year experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in communicating with different cultures and/or countries.
- Demonstrates familiarity with use of PC equipment and software
- Communicates professionally, clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
- Mastery of the English language both verbal and written.
- Passionate about in delivering the best service for customers.
- Team Player
- **Willing to be hired as a project base for 5 months.
