Create an exceptional customer service experience for app users
- Troubleshoot user problems with the app
- Exercise judgment to decide when support calls require escalation
- Make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users
- Assist with onboarding of new delivery
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Service in a BPO or shared services setting
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to report onsite (Ortigas, Pasig city) for Night Shift

**Salary**: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
